What we do

Odoo, end to end

One partner for the full lifecycle of your ERP — we scope it, build it, connect it, and keep it running. Odoo is not one service among many here; it is what our team does every day.

Below is what each part of that lifecycle actually involves.

Odoo Implementation
Service 01

Odoo Implementation

Fixed-scope, fixed-timeline rollouts of Odoo Community or Enterprise — configured around how your business actually operates, not around a generic demo database. After the discovery workshop we commit to a scope and a date, and we hold ourselves to it.

How an implementation runs

1

Discovery workshop

We map your current processes, data, and pain points, then produce a scoped plan with a fixed timeline and a clear Community-vs-Enterprise recommendation.

2

Configure & build

Apps configured to your workflows, with any custom development scoped separately so you always know what is standard and what is bespoke.

3

Data & rehearsal

Your data is migrated into a staging database and reconciled line by line, then the go-live is rehearsed before the real cut-over.

4

Go-live & hypercare

We stay close for the first weeks after launch, fixing friction as real users hit real edge cases.

Apps we typically roll out

Finance & Accounting

Chart of accounts, multi-currency, taxes, bank reconciliation, and statutory reporting for India (GST) and Saudi Arabia (ZATCA).

Inventory & Manufacturing

Multi-warehouse stock, lots and serial tracking, replenishment rules, BoMs, work orders, and routings.

Sales, CRM & Purchase

Pipelines, quotation templates, pricelists, purchase agreements, and approval flows that match how your team actually buys and sells.

Project & Timesheets

Task stages, planned vs. actual hours, and timesheet-to-invoice flows for services businesses.

HR & Payroll

Employee records, leave, attendance, appraisals, and payroll structures configured for local rules.

POS & eCommerce

Retail point of sale and Odoo eCommerce, wired back into the same inventory and accounting.

Community or Enterprise? We implement both and have no incentive either way — the discovery phase includes a side-by-side recommendation so you are not paying for licences you will not use.

Customization & Development
Service 02

Customization & Development

Custom modules, tailored workflows, and refined interfaces — built to Odoo coding standards so upgrades never break your system. We customize only where standard Odoo genuinely does not fit, because every line of custom code is something you will carry to the next version.

What we build

Custom modules

New models, fields, and business logic packaged as proper Odoo modules — versioned, documented, and delivered to your repository.

Workflow automation

Approval chains, automated actions, scheduled jobs, and server actions that remove the manual steps your team repeats daily.

Reports & dashboards

QWeb PDF layouts, Excel exports, and dashboards built on your real data rather than screenshots of it.

UI & UX refinement

Cleaner form and list views, smart buttons, and role-specific screens so each team sees what it needs and nothing else.

Portal & website work

Customer and vendor portals, and Odoo website pages that match your brand.

API & external services

XML-RPC / JSON-RPC endpoints and connectors so other systems can talk to Odoo safely.

How we keep customization safe

  • Odoo coding standards — inheritance over core edits, so upgrades stay possible
  • No core modifications — your base Odoo install stays stock and upgradable
  • You own the code — documented modules delivered to your own repository
  • Automated regression tests — every release runs through our in-house QA engine
  • Staging first — nothing reaches production without being proven on a copy
  • Scoped separately — you always see what is standard vs. custom, and what it costs

Every customization we ship is regression-tested automatically before release. See how our QA engine works →

Migration & Upgrades
Service 03

Migration & Upgrades

Move from legacy ERPs, spreadsheets, or older Odoo versions with zero data loss — validated, reconciled, and rehearsed before cut-over. We have migrated clients from Oracle, SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, legacy Odoo versions, and plain Excel.

How a migration runs

1

Audit & map

We inventory what exists today, map every field to its Odoo destination, and flag what should not come across at all.

2

Cleanse & transform

Duplicates, broken references, and inconsistent formats are cleaned before import rather than after.

3

Rehearse on staging

The full migration runs on a staging database and is reconciled line by line against the source — balances, stock, open documents.

4

Cut over & verify

The real migration runs to a planned schedule, with a verification pass and a documented rollback position.

What we migrate from

Older Odoo versions

Version-to-version upgrades including custom modules, refactored where the API has changed.

Legacy ERPs

Oracle, SAP, Tally, QuickBooks and similar systems, including historical transactions where you need them.

Spreadsheets

The very common case: years of business running on Excel, turned into structured master data.

What gets reconciled before we sign off

  • Trial balance matches the source system to the decimal
  • Stock on hand matches by product, lot, and location
  • Open receivables and payables tie back document by document
  • Master data counts — customers, vendors, products, BoMs
  • Custom module behaviour re-tested on the new version
  • Documented rollback position before cut-over begins
Integrations
Service 04

Integrations

Connect Odoo to payment gateways, banks, shipping carriers, e-commerce storefronts, and government platforms like ZATCA — so data moves between systems automatically instead of being re-keyed by someone at month end.

What we connect

Payment gateways

Card and local payment providers wired into sales orders and invoices, with reconciliation back into accounting.

Banks & statements

Automated statement import and bank reconciliation rules, so matching is a review rather than a data-entry job.

Government platforms

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing for Saudi Arabia via GSC FatooraX, and GST-compliant flows for India.

E-commerce storefronts

Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and custom storefronts kept in sync with Odoo inventory, orders, and fulfilment.

Shipping & logistics

Carrier rates, label generation, and tracking updates pushed back onto the delivery order.

Third-party systems

Oracle, CRMs, POS hardware, WhatsApp and email platforms, or anything with a usable API.

How we build integrations

  • Idempotent syncs — a retry never creates a duplicate record
  • Queued and logged — every exchange is traceable when something disputes
  • Failure alerting — you hear about a broken sync from us, not from a customer
  • Rate-limit aware — built around the third party's real API constraints
  • Credentials kept out of code — configured per environment
  • Re-runnable — a failed window can be replayed without manual cleanup

For Saudi clients, ZATCA Phase 2 clearance and reporting run through our own integration. See GSC FatooraX →

Support & Maintenance
Service 05

Support & Maintenance

SLA-backed functional and technical support around the clock, with proactive monitoring, patching, and performance tuning. Go-live is a milestone, not an exit — most of our clients stay with us because of the support, not because of a contract.

What support covers

Functional support

Day-to-day questions from your team: how to handle a return, why a report shows what it shows, how to add a new tax.

Technical support

Bugs, failed jobs, integration errors, and anything that needs someone in the code rather than in the interface.

Proactive monitoring

Server health, job queues, backup success, and integration failures watched so problems surface before users notice.

Patching & updates

Security patches and Odoo point releases applied on staging first, then production on a schedule you agree.

Performance tuning

Slow views, heavy reports, and database growth addressed before they become daily friction.

Enhancements

Small changes and new modules handled under the same relationship rather than as a fresh project each time.

How the engagement works

  • Defined SLA with response and resolution targets by severity
  • Named account manager — you never explain your setup twice
  • Ticket history retained so recurring issues get root-caused
  • Hypercare period included immediately after every go-live
  • Scheduled maintenance windows agreed with you in advance
  • Regular backups with restores actually tested, not assumed
Training & Enablement
Service 06

Training & Enablement

Role-based training for your teams — in Arabic and English — so adoption sticks long after the consultants leave. An ERP only pays back if the people using it every day are confident in it.

How we train

Role-based sessions

Separate tracks for finance, warehouse, sales, and management — each covering the screens that role actually touches.

Train-the-trainer

We build internal champions inside your team who can onboard new joiners without calling us.

Documentation

Written guides and quick-reference sheets specific to your configuration, not generic Odoo documentation.

Bilingual delivery

Sessions delivered in Arabic or English, so language never becomes the reason someone avoids the system.

Recorded walkthroughs

Screen recordings of the flows your team runs most, so refreshers do not need a scheduled session.

Post-go-live refreshers

Follow-up sessions once real usage has exposed the gaps that a pre-launch session never will.

Training is included in every implementation we run — it is not an add-on line item we hope you will buy later.

Start the conversation

Not sure which of these you need?

Most conversations start with a mix — an implementation with some custom work, or a migration that turns into an integration project. Tell us where you are and we will tell you honestly what it takes.
